Walk For Water

    Release From Liability 
    * I understand the Precious Child Foundation (PCF) will not be held responsible for any possible injury that might occur during my participation in the        Walk For Water event.

    * I am choosing to walk with a bucket at my own risk and understand all risks that can occur while walking the walk-a-thon. I understand that PCF has no control over the condition of the public walking trail, therefore; I am choosing to walk at my own risk. Walking with the five-gallon bucket is not required, and I am choosing to assume any liability for walking with a bucket if I so choose.

    *I understand that PCF is not aware of any health condition(s) that may hinder my ability to participate in the walk, and I do so at my own risk.

    *I take full responsibility for any minor(s) in my care who may participate in the walk. I am choosing to take them around the Hunter Park Trail.

    *I hereby authorize PCF to take and utilize any photographs of me (and my participants) during the walk to help promote the outcome of this walk and any future Walk For Water event(s).
    Please list the name(s) of any minor(s) in your care. They do not need a separate release form.
