1. It MUST be a family in need of a little Christmas cheer.
2.The family MUST include children. 3.They MUST have a reference to validate that they are have a need for a Christmas Miracle. (It can be a teacher, mentor, tutor, social worker,..) 4. The family needs to live in Oklahoma. |
